Order
We currently offer the following payment methods: purchase on account with Klarna, PayPal, SOFORT by Klarna (instant bank transfer), credit card (American Express, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and EPS bank transfer.
Currently, orders can only be shipped to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and Ireland. Shipping to Switzerland will be available soon.
As soon as your order has been received in our system, we will engrave and ship it as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send us a message immediately at support@engel-kette.de. In most cases, cancellation or modification is still possible shortly after the order has been placed.
On the product pages of our items, you will find many helpful notes and details about the products. If you still have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via our contact form to get more information about our products.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently, orders can be shipped to addresses in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and Ireland. Shipping to Switzerland will be available soon.
The delivery time is 2–3 business days.
The shipping cost is €2.90. For orders over €55, shipping is free.
The order will be delivered to the address you provide as the "shipping address" during checkout.
As soon as your shipment is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
Exchange and Returns
You can find our return conditions here.
An exchange of your ordered products is not possible. If you have decided on an alternative product, please return your order to us and place a new order.
As soon as we have received and inspected the return, the invoice amount for the returned products will be refunded to the payment method selected during the order within 2-3 business days.
